Winter, Winter Construction, Inc. has grown from its origins as a premier residential builder, to one of the largest commercial, industrial and institutional General Contractors in Northwest Illinois. Annual completed projects exceed $10,000,000 in sales volume, and projects sizes typically range from $50,000 to $5,000,000. Competitive bid and negotiated Design/Build work, both for public and private sectors, constitute almost equal sources of annual sales, reflecting both the firms cost competitiveness and customer oriented management philosophy.
