His formal architectural training, combined with thirty plus years experience in the construction profession, give him a unique perspective and capabilities in both the aesthetic and functional design, cost budgeting, and construction completion of building projects.

Scott has twelve years of combined professional experience in architecture and construc¬tion. His unique talents are grounded in strong design with an acute attention to the tech¬nical needs of the project. A balanced approach he developed during his early hands-on involvement in construction. Scott draws from his multidisciplinary experiences to provide integrated project delivery from concept design through final occupancy.

As director of operations Phil is responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly and clients have their expectations not only met but exceeded. As head estimator, Phil’s ability to quickly analyze and evalu¬ate different construction systems for cost, quality, and constructability, produces accurate and depend¬able estimates. He is highly skilled at both concept budgeting for design build projects and detailed estimates in design-bid-build situations.

She is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company opera¬tions.
